I missed my chance to apply, What now?

You can get on our official waiting list.

I thought I had until April to apply.

Our spots are sold first come, first serve with previous vendors receiving an email notification when the application opens. April is only significant, because our late fee goes into effect on April 7th every year. This fee will apply to all registrations after that date.

How does the waiting list work?
  1. Fill out the shorter form below.

  2. If a spot opens up, you will be contacted via craftshows@uptownpitman.com with a Square invoice from the Craft Show Committee.

  3. You have 8 hours to pay your invoice in full. Once you pay, you will fill out an application (for our records). Acceptance into the Show once on the waiting list is not guaranteed. The Craft Show Committee reserves the right to choose vendors based on category and proper fit for the overall Show.

  4. Please refrain from emailing the committee to ask if any spots have opened up.
