About the SHow

We are committed to showcasing artisan vendors who create their wares in a variety of mediums.

We see around 250 vendors for our Spring Show and about 350 vendors at the Fall Show. Our vendors line up on Broadway, Pitman Avenue, and on Ballard Avenue to meet our shoppers who swell to crowd sizes of around 10,000! We accept vendors from 28 different categories!

Our Pitman business and nonprofit community participate in a number of ways! Many expand their shops into a vendor spot right outside their doors, offering exciting new items or special deals. Our restaurants turn into street tents, serving delicious options along with our line of food trucks. Our nonprofits raise funds for their community service projects and volunteer during our load-in, known for its efficiency and ease.

Many businesses sponsor the event, helping us provide free parking and transportation. The Pitman Police Department, Public Works, and Parks & Recreation Departments work together to ensure the day runs smoothly.

We are committed to enhancing the show each year, with promotional features, and now with our brand new website. We love providing clear communication of expectations and procedures to our vendors and guests alike, so that twice a year we meet Uptown for shows that feel more like festive block parties! Check out below to browse all the types of vendors we host, and we hope to see you at the shows!

Our Purpose

Our Spring and Fall Craft Shows serve as crucial fundraisers for the Greater Pitman Chamber of Commerce, directing proceeds to benefit Pitman and sustain our thriving business community throughout the year.

Events like Sweetest Night in Pitman and the Witches of Pitman Shoppe Hop rely on our fundraising efforts, as do Fourth Friday and Shop Small Weekend festivities, along with our Free Visits with Santa & Free Trolley Ride during the winter holiday season. These shows enable us to raise funds for our annual grants, supporting local Pitman businesses. Additionally, the Chamber contributes to the Pitman Bucks Program, and the success of our shows allows us to increase the discounted Pitman Bucks we offer each year.

All these endeavors collectively support our business community, stimulate the local economy, and contribute to Pitman's continuous growth as a wonderful place to live or visit!

About Lori

Lori Poisker was an integral member of the Greater Pitman Chamber of Commerce, business owner of Lori's Loft, and the creative force behind the Pitman Craft Shows for a decade.

Sadly, Lori passed away in early 2017. In tribute to Lori's unwavering dedication to the Pitman Craft Shows and the whole Pitman community, the shows were renamed to honor her,  starting with the Spring Show in 2017.

Lori's dedication and creative vision were a big part of how she ran the shows. Her kindness is still a treasured memory among vendors, Pitman shop owners, and shoppers alike. Her passion for the Craft Shows and her desire to expand and tweak them in different ways each year is something the Craft Show Committee strives to continue.  We celebrate her life and the mark she left on our community.
